Pala Advisory is implementation, not a strategy deck. The work is custom software and AI automation for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and underused subscriptions.

Khalid Alali

Former McKinsey consultant. Former Senior Business Operations Manager at Turo, where I was the first BizOps hire and owned the operations technology roadmap across support, claims, payments, and shared operations.

At RepairWise / Fixlane I have built about 30 internal tools in the last year, mostly operations software: claims, parts and RMA tracking, labor coding, partner and shop management. I take a request from the unclear version through the interface, data, integrations, deploy, and the maintenance that follows.

How I work

I am looking for bounded problems: a workflow with a clear owner, a data model that can stay simple, and a system someone will actually maintain. I am not looking to rebuild your entire stack on a vibe.
