Need an Implementation Partner Who Can Actually Ship?

Pala helps AI-native software companies and their customers turn promising products into working business systems.

What I can take on

Referred work, subcontracted implementation, and customer deployments where the product is already chosen and the remaining problem is making it run in the operation.

Delivery

Interfaces, data models, integrations, and the exception path. I stay through deploy, not just a clickable prototype.

Operations fluency

Support, payments, finance, partner portals, and field workflows. The same classes of process I have run and rebuilt.

AI in the workflow

Document processing, structured predictions, grounded replies, and human review where the model should not auto-act.

Project examples I can speak to

Useful as proof of delivery, not as a claim that Pala is an official partner of any of these platforms.

Custom operations software

Partner portal across 15 shops and 400+ jobs. About 30 internal tools in the last year covering claims, parts/RMA, labor coding, and shop management.

Finance automation

AP automation with ~$150K estimated annual savings. A separate OEM invoice-matching workflow for finance review before disputes. Shop operations tooling that identified $200K+ excess inventory.

AI agents in production

Labor-coding engine with a weekly feedback loop. Shop-message copilot with retrieval, grounding, and a hold-for-review path. An MCP server — the one security-sensitive build that needed careful planning.

Availability

I am available for referred and subcontracted implementation work: customer deployments, workflow design around an existing product, and the custom software that has to sit next to it.

That is experience and capacity, not an accepted partnership, reseller badge, or certified-partner listing. If you need someone who can sit with a customer’s operation and ship, email [email protected].

Have a customer who needs the system standing up?

Send the use case. I will tell you quickly whether it is a fit.
